I read that book recently, and I LOVEDΒ it, partly due to my fascination with Hindu mythology, and for the fact that it's outrageously funny at times.
One of my particular favorite lines, just for its sheer randomness and the juxtaposition, is this gem:
"At that moment, [Aru] had the most absurd desire to do two things:
1. Sing "Circle of Life."
2. Throw up."

I know, I loved the book so much! The characters were just so full of life and it was a really fun read. c: That's one of the best quotes!
