This is the pattern I went by, may have been slightly altered as I went. The 'antenna' I know I ended up doing free hand. Half machine, half hand-sewn.

I herd of a special way to sew circles, would it be to much to ask if you could make another template using that method? I would like to use it to make a few wooper plushies for me ad my friends. (we're all in love with pokemon)

If you can link me to an explanation of this other method I'll see what I can do

If you look closely at the left antenna of the blue Wooper here [link] I've just sewn the shape on the felt and then trimmed around it. I did this because I made my Woopers relatively small. If you are making a bigger size I'd suggest whip stitching the edges and then flip it inside out to hide the stitching (or you could just leave it if you want the stitches showing.) Otherwise, if you are confident machine sewing that is always an option.
Feel free to ask me anything else.
