When you add white lighting on hair, you're not suppose to make it just clumped up like that. It's not bad, but try to thin it out a tad bit to make it look like the hair isn't a clump.
Also, you tend to add too much hair. It's easy to make too much hair, and this is not a case where you really made too much hair, but try to lessen on the hair.
Another thing is you didn't add shadows in the shadowed part of the dress. You got it when the light's coming in, but there still should be darker shadows on the shadow side. Plus, her right arm (closest one) don't have shadows, so add a bit on the bottom of her arm, okay?
Other than that, great job.
