Girly artwork is girlyIt's so girly I can't believe I drew this XD
This is actually a painting I started a long time ago but recently finished. Hence the long arm, since I drew this at a time when I drew arms ways too long. I prolly still do some days.
But I am quite pleased actually. I love the colourful painting style.
BTW this is my OC Nirmala in her alternative outfit which is a candy-like Lolita dress. I hope to upload a finished concept of Sketching Boredom's alternative outfits, since they do actually seem better than their default for some.

Amazing! I assume this is watercolor. I can tell you put a lot of thought into her outfit, and I really like the colors you used. I reminds me of cotton candy!
I also really like the composition you have, with your character slightly off screen, in an interesting pose.
I am curious about what you are trying to express in the upper right hand corner however. I cannot tell what the purple part of her outfit is (are they wings) and whether the orange is hair or a tail. I think a little more contrast/shading could help you give it a little more depth to help express that part of her outfit.
Overall, an amazing job with this painting, in both execution and composition.

Yes, the orange part above her is the tail. The purple part is the skirt, it is very ruffle-y I guess, I kinda hurried on it to be honest

Quite a cute picture, I must say. Love the use of the pink and purple for her clothing. And the background behind her looks appealing to the eye.
