Its pretty good... but for the dumb people (me) I dont know what is involved in putting into a chibi... I got that you need stubs instead of limbs... that was about it ?

Opps...well chibis are more or less characatures ((I more then likely Killed that word)) of charcters. So the question really isn't what you put in to a chibi, it's what you take out. The more difficult and more detailed parts of a charcter are usually tossed, like feet, hands, and some small items on that character. You also want the chibi to look more baby like, so big eyes, and heads and a small body are always a plus.
