Please don't give any sympathy, I hate sympathy. It just makes matters worse. and please do not ask what's wrong. Clearly, I'm missing my ex best friend. That's it. I'm honestly fine in general, I just..miss her..so yea.

To begin, vent art is an unique kind of art where an artist expresses his/hers feelings. You did that very well here. I've been your watcher for a while and I know you use MS Paint (likeapro), and jumping to PS is a big step, but you took it well and I love how you pictured this.
It's simple but it sends the message across. Maybe if you set the lower opacity on the text, it would look a bit better because when you look at the drawing, the text is the first thing to look at, and you always want to focus on the main thing here, your character and the two characters in the background. But mainly yours and her facial expression, feelings, etc.
