Man there is no down side to capturing Delmos!
You get to enjoy the squirming spectacle of tying up women who look awesome in bondage, all the while keeping the world safe for democracy. If all terrorists looked like this, the armed forces wouldn't need recruitment drives, they'd have to establish a membership cap.

I dunno about the rest of them, but the Black Delmos don't seem to be terroristic; they just seem to want to go about their jobs, or treat their "membership" like a career. The others seem more hell bent on mayhem, or at least show more sinister tendencies.
Still, any girls on the bad guys' team, even if they aren't bad themselves, need to get tied up.
