Thanks! I think had he gotten a happy ending, like fic makes possible, he could have reinvented himself a little after the war. So with a bit of setup, the non-black is not such a stretch.

You can blame the author for those. Well actually iirc it turned out that I misread the sentence in the epilog and it was supposed to be Kingsley wearing the parrot shirt, but maybe they swap clothes sometimes, LOL. But I'm glad you liked them.
