I'm currently writing a story on Fimfiction where Spike gets corrupted by the Pony of Shadows and plans to take over Equestria, leaving it upon Twilight and her friends to stop him before the pony race gets annihilated.

HMM.. quick the red Dragon that was at ponyville after disgracefully being tossed out of his cave by flutter shy returns... 4 years later seeking revenge, took so long cause he just took the disgrace in strides but festered until it became to much to bear, thus he goes to kill the girls but doesn't know about Spike. and... don't know the mechanics of the transformation so i got nothing.
