In the face of the relentless and sinister march of superstition, irrationality and dogmatic fanaticism upon our society, rationalists must hold the line.
We cannot under any circumstances let the creeping influence of ignorance overwhelm modern civilization, lest the light of science and reason be extinguished, and Humanity is lead headfirst into the choking grasp of a dark age, and then, inevitably, to our extinction as a species.
When the consequences of failure is so great, failure is not an option.
At any cost, at any price - We must hold the line.
