Description
Part of a trio of works--Gleam , Cut from the Same Cloth, and the upcoming Hall of Mirrors--in which I tried to showcase the unique shapes of piethein21 's "double bubble" technique as much as possible. This is undoubtedly my favorite...though it reminds me of old yarn.
This is one of my first pieces in a while without any loonie. An Apophysis 7x fractal. As with all my fractals, I highly recommend you zoom in for the best viewing experience.

Sorry for the very late response! This piece, along with the rest of the digital art in my gallery, is a fractal. In essence, it's based on mathematical equations, which I manipulate to generate the final piece.
