Description
Though the word fusion often refers to the combination of two or more disparate elements, it is also a term in physics for the process colloquially known as melting. I know thermodynamics typically isn't the most artistic discipline, to say the least, but nonetheless I can find inspiration in it.("Fusion" also refers to my favorite type of music, fusion jazz.)
My last "double bubble" work (for now at least

And I love how the ice portion seems more graceful and, well, elegantly swirling, whereas the fire seems to be shoving against a barrier of sorts. c:

Thanks! That's exactly what I intended. I spent a long time trying to perfect the "sparks" flying away from the clash on the fire side.
