My first decent attempt to follow some of the advice of C-91 's Prettify Your Bloom: Tips and Tricks , which set off a long series of works based on 2D blooms and related spirals. Previously, I hadn't paid too much attention to 2D blooms, but I must say, there is a lot of interesting territory to explore! Please pardon me, though, if most of my upcoming fractals are squares.

An Apophysis 7x fractal. As with all my fractals, I highly recommend you zoom in for the best viewing experience.
