The arm is getting better by the day, thank you so much for asking! I now have a special brace, with which I can move my arm almost completely free. It's awesome. And the pain's almost completely gone, only sleeping is still hurting.
I'm on sick leave until the 26. December, so soon I can go back to work, yay!
