I get the 3D, the perspective ones, but I still have a question for the 2D, how do you decide the shadow? Does it twice the height or whatever length we want?

I had no problems drawing lights and shadows before, but the 3D one where you intersect the lines using vertices was interesting... (probably did it subconsciously)

I do not draw! But this tutorial has helped me with my photo manipulations and understanding light. Most photomanip tutorials tell you to watch your light source. I never understood what they meant until now. Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial. Congratulations on a well deserved DD!

<3 more are wonderful I've just have issues doing shadows lol. mostly cause my school stuff is complex and i suck at light sourcing XD!

wow I've used perspective teachings to draw objects but for some reason never to draw shadows; I never thought of it that way! Thanks for the great tutorial and congrats on the DD! ^^
