Ahh I love them! I love the mad scientist vibe they've got and the cyborg bits. You should entirely make a character with backstory out of these, I can think of a ton of cool writing I could do around designs like that!

Oh man, I'm mortally afraid of spiders, but this is a really cool concept.
And the way you executed it is just as cool. My favorite is probably the first (though the fourth is a close second).
You did a really good job with the fur, the eyes and especially the spider legs (brrr... creepyΒ Β )
