Not to be completely copied (as it's better to come up with your own style) but's it's the some base steps.
1. Flat colour of object
2. Basic highlights/shade
3. Extra colour to help blend
4. Texturing the object (depends on the material)
5. Extra texture colour and highlights
6. changing the hue/lowing the contrast
