base price is 20 points but if you can't afford that then shoot me a note and i can send you the file for a lower amount of points, art or characters <3
all i ask is that you only colour official plumerians [tryout art is fine though!], credit me and don't redistribute the file. you can colour it multiple times and take it offsite, though!
