Story / Character info time!

Szygyg was always a little... different. From a young age, he swore he heard whispers following him. These whispers made Szygyg paranoid. As a child, he never left his mother's side. That's where the whispers were the quietest. When he was barely 10, his mother died tragically. At first it was written off as an accident but soon, ponies began to blame her death on Szygyg. His father became terribly ill and passed not long after. Szygyg was also blamed for his father's illness. Paranoid and "cursed", Szygyg never had another family. He was trapped in the orphanage for the rest of his childhood.
On his 17th birthday, Szygyg decided to runaway. He was nearly an adult anyway, no one would miss him. He ran through the woods and for a while, he felt... fine. No whispers, no paranoia, no pony to called him cursed. This peace did not last very long. With his lantern leading him, the whispers returned. The whispers sang to him. Calling to him. He hurried through the woods but the whispers only got louder. And then, he saw it. The first of many he will see within his life. A Wisp. This wisp caught Szygyg's curiosity. In his imagination, Szygyg always thought the wisps would be bright. Like a glowing fire. But this wisp was dark, like someone made a flame out of the night sky. His curiosity got the best of Szygyg and he followed the wisp as it sang and danced around him. So enthralled by the phenomenon, Szygyg would never notice the wisps latching themselves to his body and soul...

Szygyg would later grow to live up to his title as a Cursed One. He lives as a servant to the wisps. The whispers are constant, Szygyg began to whisper back.

Basically I've named him Szygyg, he's got trauma and becomes the crazy witch living in the woods who talks to himself.

Other things I thought of:
- His mother was nurse and his father was bartender
- His mother's tragic death was truly an accident, Szygyg had no part in her death, His father's death however... His father's illness was caused by the wisps that followed Szygyg.
- idk what it's called but his silk accessory was his mother's
- Once the wisps latched onto Szygyg, he no longer needs to eat or sleep. He's pretty much dead, his body frozen in time. That being said, his aging is slowed to the point that he doesn't really even seem to age.
- As time passes, eventually his magic grows darker to match the color of the wisps
- I love him
