Finally fulfilled my own need to see this outfit in a better quality than in DAO.It's an enourmous meshmod with some additional moddeling here and here.
Still needs some work but for now I'm done xD

Well that is truly amazing. I'm pretty sure this is the best 3D model of Leliana's promo art armor yet.
If this mesh could be adapted for use in DAO, it would certainly be among the most endorsed and downloaded Dragon Age mods of all time.
The existing "sacred ashes" armor mods are very low-quality. The textures don't fit for the most part.
