Description
Red octopus of some kind. In Japan, they have ways of adding this creature to all imaginable dishes. Order a cold vegetable salad, and chances are the Chef has blessed it with little pieces of red raw octopus. I am not a big fan
But I have to admit its a beautiful ehrm thing.. being..This was shot at the Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo. SB800 + nikkor105mm used.

Amazing colours - love octopus, too. Living or with sweet red peppers and sea salt on a wooden plate (Pulpo a la gallega is one of my alltime favourites
