Yes, the main character is David but this is not his brother. It was a new councilor named Daniel who COINCIDENTALLY looks like David. Daniel is actually the complete opposite. Daniel travels from camp to camp and brainwashes children and tries to kill them. At the end of the episode he drinks the koolaid he made that has rat poison in it and ends up going to the hospital. So yeah XD

Right after Daniel is sent to the hospital Gwen (the other councilor) comes back and says to David, (I'm not quoting word by word XD) " DAVID FIRE THAT GUY!" (and she says something else) and in her car she has someone who looks like her but has blonde hair and different colored eyes who is basically Daniel XD
