I was wandering if you could let me us this image for an Android game called "Kingdoms of Myth", it's turn based strategy game based on a fantasy World. sorry but the concept of the character isn't mine, it belongs to the Hirezstudios, this piece was made solely for the smite art contest.
So using this design in commercial product could end up in you being sued, and me having not pleasant time either so I would rather avoid that.

lot of thanks for answering. I understand your decision, and if I'm asking you instead of using your picture without your permission is because I respect artists and I think you have all the rights to decide if someone can use your image or not. I know that this days people just use other pictures without asking, but i don' want to be a simple burglar.
