[OMG I am so excited about this picture! this is a double duce newbie! (okay that sounded totally stupid...) this is the first time that I drew Krystal and Fox! so yeah, another personal achievement. ]Krystal's Log:
We haven't received any kind of call for help for many months now. ever sense the Aparoids were defeated, crime slowed almost to a screeching halt. we event haven't heard of any mischief from team Star Wolf.
But that all changed today.
I was working on some system checks on the newly constructed, Great Fox II, when suddenly, something hit me, mentally that is.
I got up out of my chair, putting one of my hands to my right temple.
I gasped for breath.
it was unlike anything I can remember.
yet it was so... familiar.
Fox came running up to me.
"Krystal, is something wrong?" he asked
the noise changed to a roar... then it changed to a man's words.
"help... Help someone! please!" the voice shouted.
I listened.
the voice, it was like I never heard it before. but I did... like it was a long lost friend or something.
it spoke of a location.
a place and time.
a new evil arising.
and...
darkness.
I looked up and turned to fox.
"Fox" I said determined.
"yes what is it Krystal are you okay?" he asked
"I am fine, but someone I know isn't." I said
"what is it Tricky?" Fox asked
"no... someone else. but I can't tell you who. we must head full to Corneria or something terrible will happen... it involves Star Wolf." I said
Fox nodded.
"okay." he said
he ran to Peppy.
"Peppy, Krystal-" he began.
"I know, we are heading that direction now." Peppy said.
but for me... that voice, it was like nothing but something.
this might help me with my past.
[eee! what is all of this combining to? ah I bet you all can't stand it!!! but this is just so exciting!

Oh, Believe me, Dark-Blade was once an Assassin, and a Master of Dark Magic, he can Manipulate anything and make it seem like something familair to another person, if they are a Telepath, then Mentally. If Physical Interatction, well, you get the point. But, He is GOOD, a Leader of a Team of Heroes of a New Star System.

I always like reading interesting stories set in the Star Fox world. I write a few of my own in a long series that is still going. Nevertheless its always good to see other stories because each one is always different and unique.

The Star Fox series was a great series but it got washed away by third party developers. Nintendo really needs to think about what they want on their console. I think at this rate Nintendo will lose all interest in the series.

we can hope people like us will spurr more inquisitive initiative for a more productive and exciting series of Star Fox games.
the main idea is very good, but they need to form it better with a better creative storyline.

And put him back on rails. That is my big beef with the series. I understand they want to be creative but stick to simplicity and then you can add more depth to the story. Look at Sin and Punishment, it was on rails and had a cool story to boot.

they just have to put a little more effort into their work they will have a heck of a series.
not to mention putting a little more work into the actual games themselves.
like imagine a more Halo based version of assault. making it more exciting.

Nintendo should really work on their first party games directly. Even though they have gotten pretty big over the years I think their ideals are starting to become lopsided. When it all began, Miamoto put all of his efforts in making the Mario, Zelda, and Starfox series. Now since the systems are now just considered a bussiness commodity to the companies the games are become somewhat tackey or mediocre. The Wii started out strong but I think this console war is going to be between Sony and Microsoft.

I wonder what the people behind the F-Zero series are going to do with the upcoming SF game. More importantly how will the Wii's controls be utilized to their maximum potential.

Very cool; and very well done for a first time drawing the characters. (The only critique is that I'd make the white fur on top of Fox's head stick up a little more.)
