Acrylic on canvas board (slightly warped)

After a bit of a hiatus, I decided to go back and revisit my little space owl. Currently working on improving the definition of the feathers on the face, and some fine details in the neck ruff. Eye details and finishing up the beak should probably have come first but I like doing feather details better, so there we are. Again, not for sale as the board is pretty warped (cheap canvas), and it's just a texture practice piece in any case.

I have started working on the largest piece I've ever attempted, and that work will be for sale, so hopefully I'll get some pictures up soon!
