Story: Ever since she was a little girl she lived around magic, now she's the best witch in all of southern Europe. She moved to a quite place in a forest in Spain, where she met Mia's future unnamed father. She fell in love with the man, so of cOuRse the most logical thing to do was to turn him into a 12 foot wolf and keep him like a pet. She gave birth to 14 of his kids, but only loved one. The oldest child, Mia. She grew Mia up with her adoptive cat brother, Nathaniel, and did some pretty shitty stuff to both kids, and neglected the 13 others. Mia's dad didn't like what Circe was doing to their kids, so he took them away from her. Mia still briefly saw her whenever Mia would go to France.
When Mia was 16, Cirice killed nearly half of Mia's younger siblings, including her father. Once Vintina took Mia away from Spain, Circe was never seen again. Cirice would only speak to the queen of France, which was either Verena, or her oldest daughter, Adelie. Adelie disliked Circe a lot, but Verena and Circe were close friends.

Info: In her original/first design, she had rainbow hair and wore ugly ass pink clothing... she looked a lot like a mary sue.
-Eye color matches her magic 'color'.
-Hair naturally flows in odd directions.
-Normally keeps a blue flower behind her ear or just in her hair.
