Lucien and the Black Hand are property of Bethesda.Why the Black Hand hates Lucien Lachance. The girl he's talking to is my OC Sarielle, known for having a bit of a smart mouth.
A quick sketch that I found humorous...because it's probably pretty accurate.

He looks "dandyesque", exactly how I picture him...

And since he's such as 'serious' character...it's fun to show him as a normal if cartooned person. I see him as being *very* careful about the image he presents to the world.
And I see his as having a hidden but unique sense of humor. He'll rofl about things when there's no one to see him turning red, tears streaming down his face, and snorting like the rest of us. -_-;

This is exactly how I saw him too. Like he is kind of playing a part, showing people what they actually want to see, and not completely being himself...

All frizzy-bedhead, can't pry his eyes open until he's had a couple cups of really strong coffee and a donut (or danish - something sweet and sugary int he extreme)...yeah.
Besides: can you imagine a guy walking up, looking like, I dunno, a bank manager and saying, he's your 'Black Hand representative, let's talk numbers and names'?
The 'dark and scary' look serves Lula well.

Yeah - you'd think that Vicente and Ocheeva's positions would be reversed, that he's be running the Sanctuary...unless he does it so he *can* help train the rookies, into the types of efficient and resourceful
