Description
A tech demo for part of a website I'm considering making. Turned out alright, but the size might be an issue.I'm not going to give out the .fla for this, but the explanation should be enough for anyone who knows flash and wants to create the same effect ^^

very clever scritping, especialy the motion blur, how many fps are u running at?
i dont spose u could gimme an example of the scripting to make a movie skip frames depending on the cursor distance?

This is all on a frame script, in a function that runs at an interval of "30". I'm not certain if that means every 30th of a second, or every 30 milliseconds or whatever, but it's fast - essentially constant.

Those are the three lines that essentially make it work. There's much more code: The stuff that tests if it's at the ends and tells it to loops back to the start, the stuff for the motion blur, etc. But that's the starting point you're after
Oh, and it's running at 30 fps, though that's completely independant to the code. It could be any framerate and the code would work the same.
