Emerald Tree Monitor as Totem- commission -
Also known as the Green Tree Monitor! A beautiful arboreal, monitor lizard. The spate of reptile commissions lately have come from a person who works at London Zoo with these reptiles firsthand; pretty amazing to get these commission opportunities!

This piece is crafted on sturdy bend and damage-resistant Crescent 100% rag, completely acid-free, gallery quality illustration board, with watercolour pencil, pencil, water-fast fineliner, and acrylic and iridescent paint.
A4 (20.5 x 29 centimetres / 8.7 x 11.4 inches). Includes an approximate half-centimetre border around the image to assist in framing.

Incredible work on the lizard's scales -- I can almost FEEL the texture -- and the leaves are lovely with their shaded colors.

Wow. There's always an amazing amount of detail in all of your pieces, but I think you've outdone yourself this time. Those scales are amazing. Very beautiful.
