I drew this for one of my new watchers and friends Stormshadow86.So while researching this little guy, I learned he always has a headache. I can relate to this and feel sorry for the poor fella.

yeah, it does tend to go that way in the Pokedex entries... all but two, that is...!
EVERY OTHER POKEDEX: "this poor thing suffers from intense headaches all of it's life, which causes it's latent, uncontrollable psychic powers to run rampant. it might hurt people with this incredible power but it never means to!"
RED AND LEAFGREEN POKEDEX: "FUCK THAT! Psyducks are Crafty little bastards! the headache bullshit is all an act to lure people and other Pokemon in, and then when their victim's guard is down it goes 'GOTCHA BITCH!!' and proceeds to go all AKIRA on their ass!!"
