I just wanted to catch 'em all.

From November 9th to December 12th the Russian McDonald's did the Pokemon promotion, selling the legendary pokemon in their happy meals: Reshiram, Zekrom, Dialga, Palkia, Latias, Latios, Tornadus and Thundurus. The setup was weird with just duos and not complete trios i.e. without Giratina and Kyurem, but ok. Me and my friends decided to particepate in this promotion and get some pokemon. One of my friends said that actually wanted just Dialga and was ready to abandon everybody else, prepared to constant doubles, except Dialga. Oh how wrong we were... On the very first try we got TWO Dialgas, one went to our other friend, and the other stayed in our collection. We continued to collect them, and now, expecting to get everybody, but the Kami. And in one of the happy meals' we got a lonely Thundurus. All what was left was to catch Tornadus. Just one pokemon, right? And then we started to get Palkias en masse. One time we even got FOUR in ONE box. In total, we got seven of them! On November 11th we eventually got Tornadus, but our pancreases will remember this month. And with all seven Palkias a joke about them spawning like agent Smith clones was born!

...Btw, the happy meal mascot looks creepy like some maniac. What were they thinking?
