So Persian evolves into this? I like the concept and it looks really neat. But if I could offer some advice without seeming harsh or judgmental, it looks a little too much like Meowth, like if Meowth could mega evolve. Would be cool if there were more hints of Persian too, perhaps it's form would be large enough to ride on? Then again, just a suggestion. Love the drawing.

It could be a mega evolve which returns a bit to its original shape but big like a tiger or lion, almost like a person
