An update ofColoring Gunvolt's attire was pretty straight-forward, though his hair, I wanted to do a bit of work on shading- there were a few dark parts, and his hair was an unusual kind of blonde- not gold, but not brown, either. I eventually found a working blend with sunburst yellow (I use mostly for gold), jasmine, and cream- it worked to a good effect, if I may say so.
I liked doing the trunks and boots- they're different and have a nice high-tech feel, and I like the light aqua details- I could see those almost like a mood indicator- if those things crackle, watch out-
The only thing that'd bit more than Gunvolt's occasionally sharp tongue would be the gigawatts he can call forth at will. Been getting back into the game, and I find myself enjoying it , more and more.
I don't know when I'll get to it, but I'd like to do more works in the future. A fun little project, overall, this one. XD

He is a male. THough yeah- it does seem odd, but then again, Inticreates made this game- they also did the Mega Man Zero and ZX games, so there is something of a light nod to Zero.

The art style of the game uses a bit of light and dark tones. As I worked on it, I mused over the idea of doing shading, as I thouht just doing one color would not be enough- to be precise, I had to deduce a proper color for Gunvolt's hair, as it was an unusual kind of blonde. The dark s pots are mostly shadow, but I kept those in to make it stand out.

And it looks even better in color! He looks even more awesome, and you captured his game likeness well. Again the boxing gear matches the design and color scheme of his normal uniform perfectly! Yes, it would be dangerous if he starts glowing blue and things.

Gunvolt has a disposition of picking his fights wisely, yet still having a good head on his shoulders. So it wasn't much of a surprise I did him up like this. He could be quite a contender. XD
