Very nice work...I just think you should add the famous horse -hair (I am not sure what is the word in english) on top of the helmets, it will be far more impressive and correct.
(Sorry, but 300 sucks in my opinion)

or plumes could be cool also. not sure if pikemen had plumes back then or only knights.
