Pumori is very excited because she has never seen another 'werewolf' like her before.Lucien isn't exactly that, but at least he's got the looks xD
The shy boy is a bit startled because of the sudden attention. He probably hasn't seen anyone like Pumori before either.

He sure does, since Lucien is probably the first character I ever created xD
He's Caelan's little brother and they're both princes of a kingdom called Faerlond (The same one where Arden lives). They're descendants of humans and a certain demon species with wolf-like features. The way I've drawn Lucien here is their true form, but they can also take a fully human form through magic.
Lucien is a little shy, but the magic in him is very strong. The poor boy also has haunting visions sometimes ;v;
Cael is more the charismatic type who's good at sword fighting. Ever since their parents died Cael has been taking care of his little bro.

I love that he has two forms though, really lets his design be much more diverse. Lucien sounds super cute though! I love that he's like the shy little thing, but has a buttload of power.

Ah, that's why the confusion arose: Lucien's a demon, not a wolf boy (even though he looks like one); while Pumori is a half-werewolf (and admittedly looking rather boyish here)...

Ah yes - in her own continuity, poor little Pumori does not really hold that much good memories being that age, as a couple of very horrible things happened to her around that time that made her a very angry little (were)wolf later on in her life.
If things would have been different, though, I'm pretty sure she would have been very interested in boys like Lucien (of which there weren't many around, unfortunately. v_v )

Little Pumori lives in a bit of a harsh world.
She and her parents lived seperately from her pack, as their love had been a forbidden one, and Pumori herself had been considered an abomination by the pack's cruel Alpha (who tried to kill her as an infant).
Despite that, she lived a more or less happy childhood, almost completely unaware of the world around her.
And then slavers happened. T_T

Ah - Pumori is a halfbreed, the offspring of a Werewolf and a half-Elf.
While this kind of thing occasionally happens in her world, unfortunately in her case she was born into a pack with a fanatical Alpha who was very much into things as 'racial purity' and all that kind of nonsense, which meant that according to her views, Pumori was not even allowed to exist.Β The fact that Pumori was her own grand-daughter didn't change her mind a bit - in fact, she turned against her son (Pumori's father) as well because of it. T_T
Hence Pumori living most of her childhood in exile.
It didn't really bother her though as she didn't know any different.

Oh, that all happened eventually.
Pumori's granny ended up making enemies out of everybody, and eventually it happened to be her daughter - Pumori's aunt - who took her down.
Unfortunately, soon after all of the bad stuff happened to Pumori. She escaped - eventually - but she pretty much lost her innocence because of it. T_T

What became of her afterwards?

It took her a couple of years to escape, but she was caught in the turmoil of the world around her.
The area she was in was in a war between humankind and 'demonkind', and as a 'non-human' she was unable to return to where her parents lived (or rather, where her father lived as her mother had been murdered by her slavers).
She instead found the territory of her pack and was welcomed by her aunt who had taken over power.Β Soon after, the pack became involved in the wars against its own will - and her aunt was severely injured, forcing her to take over power as the pack's Alpha.Β As fate wanted it, she and her pack would go on to attack the city where she had been a slave, and she avenged herself.
She also discovered that her former master had kept something of her - her daughter (by him - long and rather nasty story).

Long story short, the war would last a couple of decades and she herself would not see the end of it, but she managed to build a life and family for herself in her new pack.
