This is the finished painting of Lakeshore View. A photo from [link] kayaksailorβs beautiful gallery also inspired this painting.Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful comments youβve left on the WIP (work in process) version. And to kayaksailor for letting me use her photographs.
I never expected such a kind response, especially on a WIP piece.

The more I admire was the process from the work.

I like the two works, the WIP and the finished.
The first in more light, the final is with more density.
One is a fine begin, the other with more fidelity.
I adore that more near from the begin: insinuated,
with lacks, impetuous but light. There is my sincere choice.

I like a combination of blue x ochre tones. Really great.
Only a little note ..., In my opinion, the blue hills in background could be done by less saturated colour by reason of three dimesional perspective.

Yes, the blue was actually a glaze of blue, and it appears a little dark on the computer. It is lighter on the original!

Oh so, I understand ! I supossed it. It is mostly quite hard to take a good photo of oil painting. There is winter in my country now and daily light for taking photos of paintings isn Β΄t very good.

Yeah, winter is great for nature photos, but lousy for taking pictures of our work.

Deepened the contrasts, warmed with more yellows - you got it. It looks great.
