Relaxing cub.
Panthera tigris sumatrae - Sumatran tiger, (cub).
This photo was taken on the 10th of July, 2013.
There was four Sumatran tigers at this zoo and they all were sleeping the first day I was there.
I think it was too warm for them to do anything else, but they were playing and running during
the second day and it was a lot cooler outside then as well.
This is the Sumatran tiger cub and it was playing with the other tigers, except the father. It was
running, jumping, biting and stuff like that and it was really fun to see. I would've gotten a lot of
better photos of the playing if the fence wasn't in the way. The tigers were so close to the fence
and it was a really nice experience, but also a bit sad, because I couldn't take any photos.
This was also the first time I saw the Sumatran tiger, since I'm used to seeing the Amur tigers at
two of my local zoos
