I think I watched a movie like this once. This man went into a dragon's den, took his treasures and killed it. The dragon's blood made him almost completely invincible except one spot on his body, like in the story of Achilles.

You mean Sword of Xanten (AKA Ring of the Nibelungs)! I got that for Christmas and really enjoyed it. It's the tale of Sigmund the Dragon Slayer.
