u should change the hands,remove the rings around it

This looks good. There is a few minor errors to this though.
Β The third sonic battle PA has an unnatrual head(it looks...weird)
Β During the swim animation, the quills should be behind the arms that are facing the screen
Β Very few sprites are un-consistant with size, so fix that for things like animations
But the rest is good, so keep it up ^_^
