interesting things you have here. i'm not sure wether i find this scary or not...i'm still in doubt. 
when i look at this i get the feeling of looking at a window (on the first floor let's say) and the hand is leaning out, looking back at me (which is pretty strange for a hand)...very weird.

Great work, the scan blur thingie doesn't make it any more attractive, but it does make it more creative and believable, what kind of eye is that? It looks like a chickens eye, and when I noticed that, I realised that the whole hand is a chicken! Top notch dear boy!
I can't help but wonder if it would be better without the blur, just a thought, I know it's on purpose and everything, and that without it this image would sink back into the crowd of photomanipulations, just a thought.
The mechanism thingie looks awesome, reminds me of a harmonica, the only critique I have to offer is that the gear like thing at the very top of the mechanism could be put into the image better.

The blur is there for pure disturbance of the viewer. It disturbs you, so I think it does its job

Nice work with the hand... it gives off the (probably) desired result.
My eyes hurt from shifting from one hand to the other, and then the hand combined.
However, the blurred line across the top doesn't seem to fit.
The rusted metal texture works well. Good job, overall.
