Sometimes we wake up violently, only to realize we are just our shadow. And, thus, we have no traits. We're fleeting, being something more akin to an idea or a ghost. Perhaps you can try to stop in the parking and watch the sunset instead of running full speed in order to flee.
Maybe you will find yourself and through away the ghost (at least for some time).
