OMG I AM FINALLY DONE!!!!!!
And it doesn't look like crap. At least not too much. >< i don't know if having a tablet makes it easier to edit some rough edges of the lineart but it really sucked doing it with a mouse. Ctr-z is the best shortcut EVER.
It's kinda obvious I had reference pics (well it IS a fanart) and it was one of Kasumi from DOA4 or 3 and if you seach enough of Google you should be able to find it 
. Funnily enough, the background was the hardest bit. Probably cos i have no knowledge of photomanipulation or anything of the sort, and the border picture you should be able to find if you type 'flower pattern' or something on google (again, God Praise Google).
