Time Taken: 1 hour
In photoshop, with a textured brush and only fooling with opacity and straight up black. Haha, I love Rico. Badass Garrison soldier should get more screentime, hopefully when the Survey Corps decide to do the smart thing and collaborate with their huge buddy division 
I'll do a proper Rico drawing one day but I still have exams so let me shuffle this in just for now...

Okay, so I went and re-watched that episode and aughhhh not only did I not realise that the person standing next to Wellman was Rico, I actually thought Rico was a guy the entire time 
I really like the texture and opacity thing that you did here, I'm going to have to try it some time
(I love how all the glasses-wearers actually fasten their glasses so they won't fall off in battle. Attention to detail, yes

Yes she's amazing, and she's in the league of awesome badassery that is the Survey Corps (Although it kinda says something that the elite of the Garrison only just keep up with the Survey recruits ahaha)
Yeah, it was a fun experiment, although I'm pretty sure I won't be able to replicate it anyway
Or they have different pairs they wear for civil and battle occasions (Hanji's got glasses AND goggles, those goggles are made from indestructible materials I swear
