Mhm Bender and Homer(in the beginning at least) are better developed characters.. family guy is funny series,but for creative perspective,horribly written and American dad is just the same.There are a lot of good series for adults,like Dilbert(very good written)Duckman and the critic.These are very complex cartoons,but life is even more complex so it got me there.

true. Homer and bender are from matt groening who has more expirience than seth mcafarlene and groening's characters are more cleverly developed than macfarlene.
