Description
First ever attempt at digital art in 5 to 6 years. Overall I am so proud of this work, of course I look at it now and I realise their is alot of errors. So my next mission is to do better in my next work!Took me so many attempts, and different characters till I eventually chose Jessica Rabbit. I don't really have a reason for choosing her but hey ho! Glad I did.
This piece took me approximately 2 days. Learning different ways of digital painting and different ways of doing things.
I used Photoshop, and a Wacom Bamboo Tablet.
Please feel free to criticize my work! Need to know where I can personally improve upon. Thank you!

Looks great! the pose is seductive just like the character hehe It's a good thing that you can notice your own mistakes and that you're willing to do better for your next painting. I would suggest to paint the hair by starting with big stroke, start with the darkest tone and as you're adding details and going toward light, then you can add strands of hair and a few highlights. Sometimes you don't have to paint all the hair, especially in the shadow area. If you look at portrait photographies in black and white, you will notice that there aren't too many details in the shadows since there is less contrast. But as you move toward light, you can see more fine details. I would recommend to look at this photographer www.peter-coulson.com.au/beaut… I did a few studies of his photos and I think this can help you

You're welcome dear!! I find that you can improve a lot when you have supporting art friends to share your journey with. That's what I did and I think that everybody should do the same! Don't excite to ask me questions!!
