And for do a custom pair, I draw a sketch first for to know how to put the characters, and then paint the faces.
I understand the websites because thats our bussiness, like me, and we want to sell the shoes and do many orders.
In any case, there are many tutorials on the web and the textile paints can be a begin.

Hey! Awesome shoes! I'm actually designing my own converse as well, so I wanted to ask you something. Do you need to use some kind of waterproof sealing on them so the rain and whatnot doesn't wash the color away? Or do you just leave them as is?

I use a sealer varnish for last long time and a waterproofing spray for protect the shoes against the rain and other stains.
