I already adopted her about a year ago or so, but I never really bothered to learn to draw a Raichu for a while (due to my lack of time), so I used the original edited image. Now I finally drew a Raichu. And I hope to reveal the rest of the OCs I introduced or adopted. I also don't want to be attacked over using others' bases.
