and as to how, its called light painting, take a flash light preferbly a white LED or any color that you'd like and then you just have a long exposure and run around with the flashlight!

thank you, I'd love to test this out some more but unfortunetly I'm heading upto alaska to Elmendorf AFB so my chances to light paint may be slim to none lol! Untill I come back home next summer!
