I think Joker doing nothing for Halloween is more stress-inducing than having him DO something. Quiet from Joker is just scarry-not knowing what he's gonna do.

I love how he looks so happy. ^^ And it's true, Joker always does the opposite of what people expect him to do (he's an agent of Chaos that way, lol), so on Halloween instead of doing something mischievous he would probably do exactly what he's doing in this picture... nothing.
