as a matter of fact, that's all I do these days, since I'm lacking a camera

if you remove the leather part on lower side of body , it will be looking more original.

Indeed, a nice concept. Truth to be told, I've seen better. But, don't worry; I've seen a lot worse too
If I were to give it a grade on a scale of 1 through 10, it would be a 7 or so.
Here's some pointers:
- Smooth out the leather part of the stitching, to make it resemble flesh more.
- Replace the canvas (or whatever it is between the two sides) with some gore.
That's it
Mind you, this whole reply is based upon my assumption your goal was to make it look like flesh stitched together. If that's not the case...you can pretty much ignore all of the above

Well kinda. I meant to make it look like a girdle but like imbedded in flesh. I think the whole gore and blood thing is overdone... especially here on DA, that's why I dint take it that far.
